 Daniel is an operator-focused entrepreneur with hands-on experience building and managing a service business from the ground up. He is the founder of a residential and short-term rental cleaning company, where he has led customer acquisition, pricing, staffing, scheduling, quality control, and day-to-day operations while building repeatable systems to support growth.

Prior to business ownership, Daniel spent five years at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in supply chain and operations across public- and private-sector clients. He led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects, and partnered with senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and implement scalable processes.

Daniel is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and will graduate in 2026. His academic focus includes operations, entrepreneurship through acquisition, and general management. He approaches acquisitions with a long-term owner-operator mindset centered on employee stability, disciplined execution, and sustainable value creation.

Tyler is focused on building and leading teams, driving operational excellence, and creating long-term value in small and mid-sized businesses. After earning a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, he began his career in technology consulting and corporate strategy, helping organizations solve complex problems and scale effectively.

During his MBA studies, Tyler has deepened his expertise in finance and operations and gained direct transaction experience as a Summer Associate in investment banking, where he supported live M&A processes and worked closely with deal teams on valuation, diligence, and execution.

Tyler is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and will graduate in 2026. Earlier in his career, he worked as a professional sportfishing mate, an experience that shaped his discipline, resilience, and ability to execute under pressure. He is committed to acquiring and operating a business where he can apply his background in strategy, technology, finance, and leadership to drive sustainable growth.
